The clubhouse is available not only for night time functions, we also take permanent bookings for seminars, courses and classes.

To ensure your event runs smoothly and efficiently, the following terms and conditions have been designed for your information.
Tentative and Confirmed Bookings
Tentative bookings will be held for a minimum of 14 days from the date of booking. In the event is not confirmed by payment of the $200 bond and the signing and returning of the booking form within this time the hall will be released without notice. Once the bond has been paid, and the booking form returned your booking will be confirmed by email.
In the event of a cancellation which is required in writing: More than 6 weeks; 100% of the bond will be refunded; 3 to 6 weeks; 50% of the bond; less than 2 weeks; the Bond is forfeited.
Food and Beverage
The club at this time does not provide catering, however we can make recommendations or you can make your own arrangements. As we are a licensed club, no alcohol is to be brought onto the premises. Please make your guests aware of this. Alcohol will be sold at normal club prices. A list of available drinks for your guests can be supplied and we can cater for special branded drinks on request. Should you be purchasing drinks for your guests, arrangements can be made to run separate or multiple Bar tabs. Part Payment of an agreed amount as a deposit for bar tabs is payable prior to the event. Please Note; Buderim Wanderers Football Club is licensed to midnight only. Last drinks will be called at 11.30pm and service stops at 11.45pm
As mentioned a $200 Bond is payable 7days after the booking to confirm the venue. The balance of monies should be paid two weeks prior to the event. The balance of bar tab will be paid at the conclusion of the event. The bond will be refunded by direct debit once everything is agreed to be in order.
Any damage or loss of property to the club during the event, over and above the $200.00 Bond is the financial responsibility of the Hirer. Damages less than $200.00 will be deducted from the Bond. Provided there is no damage, the full bond will be refunded. Our facilities are primary as a Football Club, and as such, no photos or Banners are to be removed from the walls or tampered with in any way. When setting up no tacks or tape are to be used in walls or furniture.
As we are located in a residential area small live bands, Juke Box or Karaoke are allowed, provided the sound levels are kept to acceptable levels. Where possible it would be appreciated if setup time, drop off and access times for Equipment, supplies and Caterers can all coincide as well as pick up times. The Club can advise on access times.
Please complete the Booking sheet and return with the required deposit. Should the deposit be paid without the Booking sheet being completed and returned, it is deemed the that Hirer have accepted and agreed to the Clubs terms and conditions.
